Frequently Asked Questions
Ordering & Shipping

How long will it take to receive my order?
We carefully package and ship your order within 2-3 business days. Once shipped via USPS Standard, delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. Please allow 5-10 business days total from order to delivery.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
At this time, we offer standard USPS shipping. If you have a special circumstance or need rush delivery, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
How will I know when my order ships?
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Product Quality & Freshness
How fresh is your coffee?
We order our coffee in small batches from our trusted roaster to ensure the best possible freshness while maintaining immediate availability. We never let coffee sit on a shelf for months—when you order from us, you're getting coffee that's been roasted recently and stored properly.
What if an item shows as "unavailable"?
Occasionally, popular items sell out faster than we anticipate (which is a wonderful problem to have!). When this happens, we re-order immediately. Depending on our roaster's schedule, this may add 1-2 weeks to your delivery time. We'll always communicate with you if there's any delay.
How should I store my coffee and tea?
Coffee: Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid refrigerating or freezing, as moisture can affect flavor. Whole beans stay fresh longer than ground coffee.
Tea: Keep in a sealed container away from heat, light, and moisture. Properly stored tea can maintain quality for 6-12 months.
What's the difference between whole bean, drip grind, Perfect Pot, and K-Cups?
- Whole Bean (12oz bags): Coffee beans in their whole form—you grind them fresh at home for maximum flavor and aroma
- Drip Grind: Pre-ground coffee ready for your standard drip coffee maker
- Perfect Pot: Single-serve pouches that make one perfect pot of coffee (typically 8-12 cups)
- K-Cups: Single-serve pods compatible with Keurig and similar machines
Returns, Exchanges & Damaged Items
What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of food and beverage products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on opened items. However, your satisfaction matters to us—if you're unhappy with your purchase for any reason, please contact us and we'll work with you to make it right.
What if my order arrives damaged or defective?
We take great care in packaging, but sometimes things happen in transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll replace the item or issue a refund promptly—whichever you prefer.
My coffee doesn't taste right. What should I do?
Coffee flavor can be affected by brewing method, water quality, and storage. If you believe there's an issue with the product itself (not just personal preference), please reach out to us. We stand behind our quality and want you to love every cup.
