Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Jera Lincoln.

An entrepreneur at heart, I've spent more than twenty years building businesses, serving customers, curating beautiful things, mentoring people, and chasing ideas that simply would not leave me alone.
At first glance, these things can look like they don't belong on the same shelf. Coffee. Jewelry. Apparel. Podcasts. Books. Speaking. Retail. Nonprofit ministry. But they've always been stitched together by one quiet thread, the same desire running underneath all of it: helping people rediscover who they really are, and live with greater purpose, clarity, and hope.
That mission shows up in all of it.
Mercy in the Morning® was born on an ordinary morning on the deck, when the phrase dropped in alongside the old promise that His mercies are new every morning. On the surface, it's coffee. Underneath, it's about the pause, the ritual, and the gift of a well-kept morning.
Thankful Sheep® is a luxury lifestyle and jewelry house, made for people who love beautiful, finely crafted things but want them to actually mean something. Pieces you wear, keep, and pass down. Beauty rooted in identity instead of status.
Trust God and Be Real® grew out of a stubborn conviction: that people are worn out from performing and hungry to be honest. Part podcast, part ministry, it's a place where real people tell the truth about what God has done in their lives.
From there the thread keeps running, through books still being written, messages carried to stages and podcast microphones, and the nonprofit work of Good and Perfect Gifts International.
Different tools. Same heart.
The Road That Built Me
The path here was anything but straight, and I wouldn't trade a single turn of it.
Before that first gift shop ever opened, I built a real estate company from the ground up and sold it. Then came two decades in retail, curating everything from fine jewelry to gourmet foods, clothing, and home décor, and sharpening an eye for things that feel like a gift. I went on to become a Certified Home Stager, train as a Christian Healing Practitioner, and found Good and Perfect Gifts International, a ministry close to my heart.
Every season taught something that couldn't be learned any other way. The wins and the hard parts both became the foundation for what's being built today.
These days, more of that hard-won experience goes toward coming alongside other business owners, advising them as they think through the plan, the strategy, and the true cost, before they pour in time and money they can't get back.
What It's Really About
The real passion underneath all of it is helping people move beyond survival mode, rediscover their true identity, and step into the creativity, courage, and purpose they were always designed to carry.
That's the heartbeat behind everything. The coffee, the jewelry, the writing, the brands, all of it is really just an invitation: slow down, remember who you are, and believe there's more for you than the life you've settled into.
However you found your way here, through a bag of coffee, a piece of jewelry, a podcast episode, a speaking event, or a book still being written, you're welcome. There's more of the writing, speaking, and advising at jeralincoln.com.
Welcome.
